Removing unnecessary language packs (.pak) leads to SIGTRAP on OSX #3328

Can the unnecessary language packs be removed somehow?
They are pretty much not needed if you don't display the toolbar or native gui, so they are safe to remove (in theory).

On Linux, you can remove them safely. On OSX, this stacktrace happens:
