nw.js 0.13 RC1 - window title and icon

Hi,
I have set title and icon properties in window object.
With beta 7 is this working properly, after update to RC1 is window title blank, my title and icon won't display.

Also the window's empty titlebar's height visibly decreases after nw.Window.get().maximize() on Windows 7.

I also have this issue on Windows 10 Home 64. The only info I can add is that hovering the task bar shows the correct title.

Works good on Ubuntu.
