BUG - Chromium and in NWJS, text to speech does not work #6111

In Google chrome many language works https://codepen.io/matt-west/full/wGzuJ
But in NW and Chromium only English works.

How to make all other languages available?

Got different results on Windows 8.1 and Linux ubuntu:
English works on Windows 8.1:

No language on Linux:

Windows 10 (English only)
On OSX (old and new NWJS English only works)

You should use a Google api key.
