把萃夢想.thxml中的“〜” “・”换成”～" “ · ”就正常了

“〜” “・” 都是标准的日文字符而且就是原曲名提取的，反而”～" “ · ”日文里很少出现
图里的thxml文件本来就已经乱码了，那才是问题的原因吧
