Does it detect jetson nano also ? If not then what files do I need to change in order for it to support jetson nano ?

Well, the device needs to have nymea-networkmanager installed in order for BerryLan to work. Follow the documentation on https://nymea.io/documentation/users/installation/core but just install nymea-netorkmanager instead of full nymea. If you're not using a debian derivate, you'll also find build instructions on the documentation.

Please join the nymea community forum if you need help getting it installed.
