As the project is gaining popularity in Arabic-speaking countries, it would be great to have the README file translated into Arabic. This will make it easier for Arabic speakers to understand and use the project.

I think the only thing we ask is to please don't only use machine translation. We prefer if someone who understands the language manually reviews.
