Describe the bug
The "?" button on the Chromatic Aberration component redirects to https://docs.o3de.org/docs/user-guide/components/reference/atom/ChromaticAberration/ (404 - Page not found) instead of https://docs.o3de.org/docs/user-guide/components/reference/atom/chromatic-aberration/.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an entity and add a Chromatic Aberration component to it.
  2. Click the "?" button in the top right corner of the component.

Expected behavior
User is redirected to https://docs.o3de.org/docs/user-guide/components/reference/atom/chromatic-aberration/.

Actual behavior
User is redirected to https://docs.o3de.org/docs/user-guide/components/reference/atom/ChromaticAberration/.
