[Planning] Schedule Release Coordination and Launch Call Meetings

Schedule Release Coordination and Launch Call meetings on the O3DE calendar, and advertise them using one or more of the following methods:

• Use the Discord Event System to schedule an event for each meeting. (Note: If you do not see the "Create Event" option in Discord, contact @Naomi-Wash to request the "Events Coordinator" Discord role be added to your profile).
• Post a text message reminder shortly in advance of each meeting in the #sig-all, #sig-release, and/or #events-and-meetings Discord text channels.
• Be sure to add the email address of those on the release team to the public calendar invites to ensure they are notified.

Meetings and their purpose is as follows:

• Release Coordination meetings - Recurring meetings to review the current status of all release preparation tasks. These meetings should increase in frequency as the release date approaches (suggested: twice weekly 4 weeks prior to release, and daily 2 weeks prior to the release).
• Prepare Build - Hold this meeting the day before the release to save time on release day. [insert GHI]

Note: All meetings should be hosted in the Discord #sig-release special interest group voice channel. All resources involved in the release process (e.g. QA, Docs, Product, etc.) should attend.
