Request to remove "deprecated" label from o3de/o3de

While discussing #17 during the 2/22 TSC (#14), it was requested that we remove the "deprecated" label because it is thought to be duplicate of the "kind/deprecation" label. This issue is to track this work.

@sptramer - Before I remove the "deprecated" label, can you please confirm you do not see a need for it? Please read the descriptions carefully before responding:

• deprecated - Documentation requirements for deprecation/removal of components or APIs.
• kind/deprecation - Categorizes issue or PR as related to a feature/enhancement marked for deprecation.
