Is there a way to have the checks scan through subdirectories within a series directory?

I just got Kaizoku setup and working with a shared data directory with Kavita (Both Docker). It's working really well, but I did run into a hiccup. I enjoy having series organized into volumes. I figured the Kaizoku checks would scan the whole series directory recursively and check subdirectories for the files it has downloaded, but that does not seem to be the case. Is there a way to make that happen so I can add volume folders to the series folder and move chapters into those volumes without Kaizoku thinking the files are no longer there? I've kept the chapter names exactly the same as they appear in Kaizoku for each series.
