Option to only notify on schedule chapter download

Feature Description

When notifications are setup adding a new Manga will spam notification for all the chapters it has just downloaded.

Solution you would like

An switch option under the notification options, eg. apprise that only fires notification events for chapters that are grabbed during the scheduled task checks. This would effectively only notify you when a new chapter is released rather than when a new Manga is added to management.

Alternatives you have considered

Current solution is to disable notifications completely until the newly added Manga has finished downloading and then re-enable.
