Example: Create a document that makes use of all 6 headings:

Then change it to something else. Then restore it:

See all headings have been stripped. This may have something to do with the document now being wrapped in HTML, and we wrap it ourselves when we setHtml using the Etherpad API.

FWIW: This doesn't work properly in 1.2.91 either. I'm digging into the etherpad code to see if there's anything we can do here

I created a ticket at fourplusone/etherpad-plugins#38 but that repository seems quite abandoned... I think this is an issue with ep_headers (and more generally with how etherpad converts lines into HTML) but I don't think this is something we can solve..

I'm open to suggestions?

There's probably not much more we can do here, so going to close this ticket. I've subscribed to the issue as well.
