I would like to optionally run

snowflake report-duplicate-names

And snowflake will tell me the names of flakes which have identical 'names' (even though they have unique hextails). I can then use the output of this to snowflake rename ____

NOTE: Names colliding have no ill-effect on the strategy or on performance. This is just "for the people"
