Jar conflict issue

Describe the bug
Several libraries used by gluten are different from Spark's version, including protobuf, flatbuffers and arrow* and packed into gluten.jar. Jvm should load the library from gluten.jar but for some reason, it may load them from spark home.

Expected behavior
The current fix is to remove the conflict jars from spark_home. A better solution should be proposed
