Even though the cti namespace has been removed, there still exists some duplicate property definitions.

Many of the duplicate property definitions are due to the properties being defined in files that have ontologies with different namespaces.

The question that must be answered, "Is an archiveExt:comment more specific than the stix:comment?". If the answer is yes, then the archiveExt:comment is probably best represented as a sub-property of stix:comment.

This issue is still a valid issue. Its resolution will materialize as a function of coalescing common predicate into a common namespace. This is anticipated in the architectural refactor forthcoming in summer of 2022.
