With the GetStatus endpoint reporting a bunch of stuff via the gRPC API, we should add a simple CLI subcommand (under the control subcommand, possibly called status so invocation would be oasis-node control status) that displays the node status in a human readable form (even a nicely formatted json serialization of the status response is fine).
