I haven’t opened my wallet in a couple months and I just attempted to access my existing wallet using a direct link that I had bookmarked.

The direct link opened but now I see a message that states, “This is not your account. To send, receive, stake, and swap ROSE tokens, open your wallet.” On this page I can still see the wallet address, my Total ROSE, and Total ROSE available. I have attached an image for reference.

I clicked the “open your wallet” link to to open my existing wallet using my 24-word mnemonic phrase and there are no ROSE in any of the accounts.

Was there an update or transition that I missed? Is there anyway I can access my ROSE?

we're not aware of any changes that would cause this.

how did you get the bookmark and the mnemonic originally?

I bookmarked the wallet (URL Link) using google chrome and I got the mnemonic phrase when I created the original wallet. The bookmarked link would take me right into my wallet and I didn’t have to input the mnemonic phrase every time I wanted to access the wallet.

but you would have to put in a password, right?

I believe so, not 100% sure. I think if I would go a while without accessing the wallet I would have to either put in a password or the mnemonic phrase. Never had this issue before though.

I had this issue it seems you are trying to open your wallet from a link where you were logged in with your wallet address in the URL and are no longer logged in so it throws an error.

If you go to https://wallet.oasis.io/ and open your wallet with your mnemonic phrase or ledger it should work. You have to put your mnemonic phrase in to view the wallet or access it from your ledger. It will not be saved in the bookmarked address. Your mnemonic phrase should never be saved digitally.
