The bot needs to be translated to French. This will consist of going through lang/en-CA.json and translating all the strings, putting them into lang/fr-FR.json (or lang/fr-CA.json? Not sure which to use, or if it matters).

The code to manage multiple language files isn't really finished, and development on this bot has stalled, but feel free to go ahead. Just copy lang/en-CA.json, name the copy lang/fr-FR.json.
