Horizontal Scroll Splits Tip from Text & Arrow

When there is horizontal scroll on the page, and the tip is off the page, the tip does not display next to the text and arrow.

As soon as I test the solution on multiple devices and os and find it working perfectly I will make an update to the plugin :)

New version 1.0.2 is out.
This issue is fixed and also there are css3 animation effects for showing/hiding the tooltip.
