Target Directive References Lost When {replace: true}

Maybe an issue, or just maybe something to highlight in the docs:

If you target directives that are configured to be replaced by a template, du-scrollspy breaks.

Does this happen also with templates not served over $http? If so maybe it would be preferable to change the priority of the directive or use post-link.
