Kufor-Rakeb is a specific form of Parkinson's so EXACT is not appropriate. In fact it shouldn't be a synonym at all, as we already have this class from OMIM

I will remove it from the synonyms, but I like to research it a bit more. I don't think it's exactly a Parkinson's subtype either according to what I've found until now, e.g. http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/mds.23221/full
Once I dig deeper it will show up as a separate term in the ontology.
