It's currently possible to take a NanoRead reference, cast it to a NanoVar instance and thereby change its value. Add a method called nanoRead on NanoVar instances that returns a new NanoRead instance that does not inherit from NanoVar and wraps a NanoVar instance in such a way that it cannot be accessed.
