I'm using Obsidian v1.5.12
Plugin Importer v1.6.1

Reproduce the issue
When attempting to sign in via the plugin:

It shows the error:

AADSTS900144: The request body must contain the following parameter: 'scope'.
I did try to add the 'scope' parameter to the URL, which allowed some progress:

However, another error occurs within the Obsidian app:

Error: An incorrect state was returned.
