Should this have a different style - people will likely miss it, no?

If it's possible/practical, a standard "external link" icon like many sites use would be sufficient cue IMO.

I found an icon - does anyone know how to put this into the ocamldoc-generated docs?
icon file is doc/external_site_icon.gif
