[Feature request] support installation for arm64 macos device

Running the install script sh <(curl -sL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ocaml/opam/master/shell/install.sh) in arm64 macos device results in a following error:

For now, can you use Homebrew until we update the opam binaries? The OCaml ARM patches have been uploaded in Homebrew/formula-patches#318, so brew install opam should work on macOS/ARM now.
