Is there an interface to generate RA QUOTE in a high-level language?

A common enclave web app scenario is：

1. server run in enclave
2. genrate TLS cert
3. client ask server to provide RA QUOTE with random nonce
4. server generate RemoteAttestion QUOTE with TLS cert's hash as report.data(report.data = hash(tls cert + nonce))
5. server send QUOTE to client
6. client verify QUOTE and server's TLS cert
7. client reconnect to server with set server's TLS cert as RootCA

Is there an interface in Occlum to generate RA QUOTE in a high-level language? such like Python, Golang.

For example, I'm writing a server-side application in go, and I want a way to get RA QUOTE manually, and it contains data that I set arbitrarily. Then I can send it to the client for verification.
