Describe the bug

支持空间数据类型的版本在存储过程中无法定义变量为空间数据类型
Environment

  • OS Version and CPU Arch(uname -a):

  • OB Version(LD_LIBRARY_PATH=../lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH ./observer -V):
    OceanBase-CE-4.2.2.1

Fast Reproduce Steps(Required)
存储过程中的变量的数据类型无法被定义为空间数据类型

该版本是支持空间数据类型
