Clarification on the presenters/members/facilitators:
Members – basically everyone in the system
Facilitators – those who have access to the database for their area to do data entry
Presenters – do NOT have access to the database but we need to associate them with the presentations so we can keep track of who does each presentation for travel reimbursement.
Might help you to understand our volunteer structure as related to the database (The ones in red have access to the database)
National Program Director = me and I have total access to the database
Administrator – Elaine Tragni – helps train everyone and makes sure that the facilitators are entering what needs to be entered. Keeps the database clean.
Regional Coordinators - Women over large groups of states (I sent you the regions before). They need access for their regions so they can pull reports etc. Some of these also do data entry for presentations as they also serve as facilitators
Facilitators – women at the local level who organize presentations and do the data entry when the presentation is complete. Most of them also present.
Presenters - all the other volunteers who actually do the presentations but do not have access to the database.
OTHERS – Alison Silberman and Cara Tenenbaum at OCNA have admin access to pull reports, etc.
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
Admin – can do everything
Regional Coordinators – can do everything for their region BUT they cannot enter new members or schools (We had a real problem before with too many people entering new members and information was not accurate)
Facilitators – enter surveys and edit surveys
Presenters – do not need access
