The manual page here is not correct: https://ocsigen.org/tuto/6.4/manual/basicwebsite

Your page is now available at URL http://localhost:8080/aaa/bbb.

This link gives 404, but http://localhost:8080 works.

Cannot reproduce. It's probably fixed.
