When in eliom mode, all crc must be duplicated with a @c and @s version.

The situation is much better now: Consistbl is properly annotated with sides and multiple cmis with the same module name (but different sides) can be loaded simultaneously without issues.

Eliom modules do not have splited CRCs yet.
