This repository contains the configuration files for the Marlin 3D printer firmware. I am currently using this files to configure the latest Marlin and calibrate my easyDelta with it. If you have any suggestions on how to improve the setup, feel free to open an issue or submit a pull-request.
NOTE: The current configuration files are for Marlin v1.1.9
The installation of the configuration is rather simple. Just clone the original Marlin firmware repository and copy the configuration files over to it.
To compile the firmware for the printer you need to do the following steps:
- download the latest version of the Arduino IDE and install it on your computer
- open Marlin.ino in the Arduino IDE
- choose Arduino / Genuino Mega or Mega 2560 under Tools
- connect your computer with your 3D printer
- click on Upload in the Arduino IDE and the firmware will be flashed to your 3D printer
After the installation of the new firmware, be sure to recalibrate your printer.
