CentOS / WAMP environment not writing to existing files #10

It seems CentOS / WAMP environments have issues when writing to an exisiting file.

After installing these files are not modified, when they should be:

  • .htaccess
  • app/config/database.php

Needs more investigation

Same issue as #33 with both of those files needing manual replacement. Using ubuntu 12.04.

Secondly, it ignored my installer admin credentials and seeded it with admin/admin.
