🐞 Problem
I'm already subscribed and successfully viewing notifications for private repos. However, when moving the mouse over one of these issue/PR status icons, I see a popup advising me to subscribe, e.g.:

Obviously this is somewhat confusing and misleading.

🎯 Goal
Ditch the misleading popup.

💡 Possible solutions
Either no popup should appear when subscribed, or a more useful popup with other info (such as the issue/PR description).

@aspiers if you inspect element on that notification, can you share the id of the element? Should look something like notification-26962015

notification-26955176 but I see the same kind of thing on every single notification. Here's another one:
