not capturing all code when editor.copyWithSyntaxHighlighting is off

It seems after line 432 the file becomes blank and doesn't show any more captured code.

Im running window 10 with pola code 0.3.4 and vscode 1.41.1

In my case, I had editor.copyWithSyntaxHighlighting disabled. I think it would be enough to show a warning popup when that setting is disabled.

Alternately, there is a command editor.action.clipboardCopyWithSyntaxHighlightingAction, which will copy with syntax highlighting even when disabled by that setting. Maybe the extension can use that command instead?
