Reference to the Customer Addresses setting not accurate if Accounting is installed

I'm working in a new v16 DB and it appears that the Customer Addresses setting is no longer available at Sales ‣ Configuration ‣ Settings as stated in the documentation. It's showing for me under the Settings > Accounting in the Customer Invoices section.
Perhaps if Accounting app is not installed then it moves to Sales? Some clarification in the documentation would help. Perhaps now that it's possible to search settings, the docs could be updated like "Go to Settings and search Customer Addresses" to make it more configuration independent?
