Autumn tree variants not generating naturally with latest Dynamic Trees

With the most recent version of Dynamic Trees, no autumn tree variants (red, orange, yellow, or brown oaks, yellow birch) generate naturally, only default green oaks/birches generate in the autumn biomes. They grow properly with the seeds however.

On a similar note, there is no yellow autumn acorn, nor is there a yellow birch catkin
