Helm is a package Manager for Tiller
Simply download it from https://github.com/helm/helm/releases and add it to your Environment Path Variable
Note:
For Helm 2 you need to I recommend using a client-only setup of helm run helm init --client-only
After that you simply run tiller in a separate window and you are good to go.
