The latest php-decimal version currently provided is version 1.4.0

Describe the solution you'd like
Add php-decimal 1.5.0 package to the repo. http://pecl.php.net/package/decimal

Distribution (please complete the following information):

OS: Ubuntu
Architecture: amd64
Repository: Ubuntu PPA

Additional context
php-decimal 1.5.0 adds support for PHP 8.3

Please also upgrade the "decimal" extension for debian packages.

The problem is that the old 1.4.0 Version crashes PHP8.3, 1.5.0 was released to address this.

If i can help somehow, please let me know.
