Native Input Recording/ Playback System

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I couldn't figure out how to get all currently active and loaded inputs from a profile.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd love for Input to have a built-in input recording and playback system! Would make stuff like time trial replays and
pre-recorded bot races a whole lot easier. Unless this is already in the engine and I just haven't discovered it, I hope you could consider this! ^^

Describe alternatives you've considered
I mean, I guess I could use InputDog as it does have this built in already. I also could try just manually getting all the inputs and such, but I feel that'd get really tedious and isn't scalable.

we had this feature in an earlier version and have an open discussion for adding the feature again on Discord. i'll update this issue if/when related developments occur.
