Microsoft® Outlook® per Microsoft 365 MSO (Versione 2402 Build 16.0.17328.20124) a 64 bit
Windows 10 Pro

My outlook has icon to add Add-in disabled (see image 1)

I have to install it in menu File->Manage ..

Add-in was successful installed and works fine on OWA.

On OL Desktop appears the two buttons, but when I click on them, nothing happens; the Config button should open a TaskPane and the Send button should compose the email object and send it.
No errors appears when i click on buttons

What is the matter here?
