Information:
Moved all Magnified Optics to slRifles to reduce the amount of Magnified scopes, this was done for 3CB Factions, 3CB BAF and CUP already.
Tabs to Spaces,
Renaming,
Removed Comments.
Special Case for Templates.hpp for DLC Variants,
Added Nato Tropical as DLC Free variant,
Added CSAT Temperate as DLC Free Variant.
Update Look of Marksman/Sniper and Squadleaders.

Loading the Mission on Maps that are Tropical or Temperate that are not Tanoa or Livonia,
There should be no DLC Equipment used by AI.
