Guillermo Floris Margadant S. (1924-2013) was a prominent Mexican jurist, historian, and professor of law. He was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and moved to Mexico in 1948. He obtained his law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and his doctorate from the University of Utrecht.
