@ogticrd/ui-kit no puede ser usado en layout.tsx

Motivación y Contexto

Actualmente, he iniciado un nuevo proyecto de Next.js usando TypeScript, pero en el momento de querer añadir el ThemeProvider el VSCode muestra este error.

Y este es el node_modules indagando la librería

Ahora he probado con la versión de Next.js V 13.5.6 y está mostrando los mismos síntomas que el problema anterior:
