Download issue

Every time I download and run the installer it wont open. All my antiviruses are turned off but it still wont open. Gives me a parameter issue.

Please provide the log.txt file located in the app install directory.

@cloud44 The parameter issue maybe due to the database not being updated, please restart the app or reinstall. Otherwise I'm going to need the log.txt to investigate this further.

After reviews, this was during the crawler database update process. Everything should be back up now. Simply start the app and it'll update your local data cache.

Hey, I can’t even get it installed. I download the installer and I get the error I stated earlier

Where is the error message coming from, the installer? Could you possibly include a screenshot or maybe the actual error message? Have you tried a different location to be installed to? Thanks.

I’ll send you a screen shot in a few, after I download it and try to run it. It never runs and when I try to run it again it gives me the parameter error
