I've tried reinstalling a couple of times as well as running as an admin. Still same 404. Currently running Windows 10. I didn't see anything about having to specifically installing a framework. Would that possibly be part of the issue?

I decided to go ahead and attempt to install 4.6.2 specifically, and .Net wouldn't install because I have a later version. Assuming backward compatible?

Duplicate of issues #52 and #54. Dev says it'll be fixed very shortly.
