No matter what move speed you set it to, 'walk in place' always has the same movement speed despite the number you choose. Choosing a 1,2,4,5 or 10 has the same speed.

Not a bug. The move speed is only supposed to affect movement, not walk animation speed, so for the "Walk in place" movement type to be unaffected is correct.

However, I understand what you want. You want a way to change the speed that an NPC toggles through their walking animation. That would have to be a new separate option.

I am converting this bug into a feature request.
