I'm currently playing around with a system involving items used as spell costs.
However, I'm torn between two options for the Spell descriptions:
Show the Item Costs. And have the player guess at what the spell does.
Describe the Spell. And have the player guess what the Cost is.
I'd like to request that for spells with item costs, a separate row of text appears underneath the Spell's description to show what items are removed/added.
So I might suggest:
ITEMNAME -1, ITEMNAME -1, ITEMNAME -1
Where with the max number of characters allowed for items, all of this can be fit into a row the size of a spell's description (With one character to spare!)
I am sure that this would be very cool.
