https://dash.cloudflare.com/[account-id]/turnstile 这个链接其实可以写成下面这种形式，就支持跳转到对应account-id的网页了：
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/turnstile
或者注册链接 https://dash.cloudflare.com/sign-up?to=/:account/turnstile，其他链接也同理
