Feature request: support for CSV files

Would be nice if it could detect CSV structure when running as: pspg < file.csv

There are two tasks that pspg doesn't do now - format detection and csv formatting. But pspg can be on the end of pipe. It is not on my top list, but if somebody will write code, I'll accept it.
