we have installed OKD on Azure with Fedora CoreOS 36, we have created machine sets based on the region and using these machinesets, machines are created but not nodes. Machine shows the provisioned state, not provisioned as node state.
Version: 4.7.0-0.okd-2021-07-03-190901
We have also verified the Machine, it is accessible.
Api controller shows this error :
CreateError: failed to reconcile machine "okd-xxxx"s: failed to create vm okd-xxxx: failed to create or get machine: compute.VirtualMachinesCreateOrUpdateFuture: asynchronous operation has not completed
